Meet the Team

Noah Todd, CSCS

CEO and Founder

Noah Todd, Woven CEO and Founder

Noah founded Woven to challenge the status quo of the fitness industry and build something that truly serves people’s long-term health. He believes fitness should be more than just a means to an aesthetic goal—it should be a fundamental part of how we prevent disease and extend not just lifespan, but healthspan. Frustrated by an industry that often places blame on individuals rather than addressing systemic barriers, he set out to create a new model—one that helps people navigate the modern world without sacrificing their well-being.

With over five years of experience in one-on-one training and group coaching, Noah combines advanced certifications with a passion for continuous learning. His approach is rooted in science, but also in empathy—acknowledging the real-life struggles people face when trying to prioritize their health. At Woven, he is committed to raising industry standards, providing clients with sustainable strategies, and reshaping the way we think about fitness as a core pillar of health.
